Floating Leaf Ancient Field Blend

Our Ancient Field Grains are a blend of Sprouted Crimson Lentils, White Sorghum, Quinoa, Brown Rice, and Wild Rice, which offer a complete plant-based protein.

This blend offers a nutty, earthy flavour, including five different textures, cooked to perfection. This is a filling blend, so a little goes a long way. Add it to any dish, including salads, soups, wraps, chili and more!

Ingredients: Brown Rice, Sprouted Crimson Lentils, White Sorghum, Wild Rice, Quinoa

Cooking Instructions

1. Combine 1 cup Floating Leaf Blend with 2 cups water
2. Bring to a boil
3. Cover tightly with a lid, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes
4. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes (with lid) before serving
5. Drain excess water if needed. Season as desired
