Floating Leaf Prairie Blend

This blend from the Canadian Prairies can be used in any of your favourite rice and grain dishes. With a delicate, yet wholesome earthy flavour, this blend of 50% Sprouted French Lentils, millet, quinoa, brown and wild rice is sure to keep you full and satisfied (especially on a cold prairie winter day!)

Ingredients
Sprouted French Lentils, Quinoa, Brown Rice, Hulled Millet, Wild Rice, Red Rice

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Cooking Instructions

1. Combine 1 cup Floating Leaf Blend with 2-1/4 cup water
2. Bring to a boil
3. Cover tightly with a lid, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes
4. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes before serving
5. Drain excess water if needed. Season as desired
