3. Delivery Specifications & Carrier Protocol

Carrier Delays: Delivery estimates are non-guaranteed; NorthernCart is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier backlogs, or operational disruptions.

Lost Packages: If a package is delayed or missing, we will initiate a carrier investigation (typically 10–20 business days); refunds or replacements are only issued upon carrier confirmation of loss.

“Delivered” Status: Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled; customers must initiate a trace with the carrier if the package is missing despite this status.
4. Returns & Order Management
