Order Acceptance & Cancellation
NorthernCart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where:
- Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed due to system errors
- Unauthorized or invalid discount codes are applied
- The order appears to be intended for resale or misuse
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to product availability
If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of pricing and promotional information. However, in the rare event of a system glitch or misuse of a discount, NorthernCart is not obligated to honor the incorrect pricing.
Promo Codes & Discounts
Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise specified. Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. NorthernCart reserves the right to modify, restrict, or cancel any promotion or discount at any time without prior notice.
Any attempt to exploit or manipulate the use of discount codes may result in your order being canceled.
