Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping rates have been updated as of August 18, 2025

Most NorthernCart orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, and delivered within 5 business days depending on shipping destination.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with shipping details, tracking number, courier and a link to track your shipment.
In some cases, orders are split into multiple shipments, you will receive an email notification when this occurs.
Fullfillment and delivery times may vary from the above due to sales or holiday seasons.
NorthernCart currently does not ship outside of Canada.
NorthernCart cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped.
NorthernCart utilizes Canada Post as the primary courier for all shipments. In the event of postal disruptions, an alternative courier will be selected.
