- Most NorthernCart orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, and delivered within 5 business days depending on shipping destination.
- When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with shipping details, tracking number, courier and a link to track your shipment.
- In some cases, orders are split into multiple shipments, you will receive an email notification when this occurs.
- Fullfillment and delivery times may vary from the above due to sales or holiday seasons.
- NorthernCart currently does not ship outside of Canada.
- NorthernCart cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped.
- NorthernCart utilizes Canada Post as the primary courier for all shipments. In the event of postal disruptions, an alternative courier will be selected.
