At NorthernCart, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the return and refund process for two types of orders:

Marketplace Orders (fulfilled by individual vendors)

NorthernCart Orders (fulfilled by NorthernCart Inc directly)
MARKETPLACE ORDERS (VENDOR-FULFILLED)
Products sold and shipped directly by vendors may be subject to that vendor’s individual return and refund policy. Please refer to the return instructions listed on the product page or your order confirmation.
General Marketplace Return Guidelines

Returns are typically accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original tags and components.

Return shipping costs may vary by vendor.
If a vendor has not clearly stated their policy, please contact us at hello@northerncart.ca and we will help facilitate the request.
NORTHERNCART ORDERS (FULFILLED BY NORTHERNCART INC)
For products sold and shipped by NorthernCart Inc, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (ALL ORDERS)
For health, safety, or regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary products

Health and personal care items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Marketplace Orders: Refunds are issued by the vendor unless NorthernCart is mediating a dispute.

NorthernCart Orders: Refunds are issued by NorthernCart Inc directly.
