Order Acceptance & Cancellation
NorthernCart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where:
If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of pricing and promotional information. However, in the rare event of a system glitch or misuse of a discount, NorthernCart is not obligated to honor the incorrect pricing.
Promo Codes & Discounts
NorthernCart accepts returns on most products that are in original condition (unopened, unused, with original packaging and tags) within 30 days of the purchase date. Items are considered Final Sale after the 30-day window has passed.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure proof of return. NorthernCart is not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving returned items, NorthernCart will inspect them to ensure they are in original and resalable condition.
Refunds are only issued after items are received and inspected. Refunds cannot be issued prior to this under any circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact NorthernCart within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the item and packaging, your order number, and a description of the issue.
NorthernCart will provide instructions and cover return shipping for these items.
Exchanges
NorthernCart does not offer direct exchanges. Returns must be processed for a refund, and a new order can be placed separately.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Items cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging. Certain products are Final Sale for safety, health, or hygienic reasons. These include:
