Saltwest Naturals – Lemon Dill Infused Sea Salt

Organic Lemon Dill Infused Sea Salt from Saltwest Naturals is a classic coastal pairing bottled in crystal form — Canadian sea salt infused with real lemon and dill weed for that timeless combination. Hand-harvested from the cold North Pacific waters off Vancouver Island and crafted in small batches in Sooke, British Columbia, this finishing salt brings fresh, garden-forward flavour to fish, chicken, salads, and roasted potatoes. There are no anti-caking chemicals, no artificial additives — just clean ingredients that taste like a summer afternoon by the ocean.

Real Lemon And Dill Weed For A Classic Pairing: Unlike blends that rely on extract or powder, this salt is infused with actual lemon and dill weed for a flavour that reads as fresh and recognizable. The citrus cuts through the richness of fish and chicken, while the dill adds an herbal note that’s instantly familiar — the kind of combination you’d reach for at a summer BBQ or a seaside picnic.

Hand-Harvested From Vancouver Island Waters: The base sea salt comes from the pristine North Pacific coast off Vancouver Island, where Saltwest harvests in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. Every bag is then infused with lemon and dill weed and packed in Sooke, British Columbia, carrying a distinctly coastal Canadian story. There are no anti-caking agents, no fillers, nothing added beyond the four simple ingredients listed.

Built For Seafood, Poultry, And Light Dishes: Saltwest highlights seafood, steamed or roasted vegetables, and chicken as the top pairings, but the salt also shines on scrambled eggs, grilled zucchini, caprese salad, and lemony pasta dishes. The 40 g bag is a practical size for everyday cooking or tucking into a gift basket alongside other Saltwest flavours like Applewood Smoked or Green Onion and Chive.
