The McGuire Chocolate Company is a small family-run business that creates simple bean to bar chocolate from high quality ingredients, by the sea, in Saint Andrews, New Brunswick. Every chocolate creation is handmade by Mark, Victoria and a small team of professionals. Our chocolate is crafted in a way that reflects our food philosophy: Food should be simple, easy to understand and delicious! We achieve this by working with clean, high-quality ingredients and transparently sourced cacao beans. Single origin chocolate made with only three ingredients is the primary focus of the McGuire Chocolate Company. Their chocolate is made with fermented cacao grown by small farmers/profit sharing co-ops, organic cane sugar and cocoa butter. Champions of a transparent and direct trade supply chains you will always see cacao bean origin on their packages. Meet Hank, thier beloved cat and the star of his own chocolate bar series. Hank is passionate about clean, intentional ingredients and enjoys sharing the rich history of chocolate through the playful personas he adopts. Whether he’s imagined as a seafaring freebooter spreading undocumented cacao to friendly ports or indulging in luxurious treats, Hank adds a whimsical touch to the brand. These days, you can often find Hank in the alley behind the shop, spending time with his adopted son, Tam. Hank loves the outdoors and has built a community of both feline and human friends in town.
