Their chocolate is made with fermented cacao grown by small farmers/profit sharing co-ops, organic cane sugar and cocoa butter. Hank is passionate about clean, intentional ingredients and enjoys sharing the rich history of chocolate through the playful personas he adopts. Whether he’s imagined as a seafaring freebooter spreading undocumented cacao to friendly ports or indulging in luxurious treats, Hank adds a whimsical touch to the brand. These days, you can often find Hank in the alley behind the shop, spending time with his adopted son, Tam. Hank loves the outdoors and has built a community of both feline and human friends in town.
