Sinai Gourmet
Sinai Gourmet was started with a simple idea: to make a fresh, wholesome, delicious condiments with absolutely no artificial ingredients. No preservatives, no stabilizers, no thickeners, no “added flavours”, just quality farm-fresh ingredients.
Laurence, our founder, had a vision in mind; condiments that could be added guilt-free to even the most premium ingredients whether it be Ribeye, Lobster or carefully curated vegan dishes from top chefs.
Like many simple ideas, this proved more complicated than he could have ever expected. Without the use of tons of salt, sugar, artificial ingredients or preservatives, traditional manufacturing practices were useless. New ones had to be created.
After 2+ years of experimenting and inventing and re-imaging, Sinai Gourmet had succeeded. We introduced our first fresh, vinegar-free, and ultra clean sauce and have proudly added to it maintaining the same vision.
